What is "Bonding" and how is it better than a standard failover solution?
Standard failover is "cold," meaning when your primary line fails, there's a 30-60 second outage while the router switches to the backup. This drops all your VoIP calls, video meetings, and data transfers. Our solution is "hot" and session-persistent. It bonds all connections into one virtual pipe, and if the fibre fails, traffic instantly continues over the wireless service.
Is the Next-Gen Wireless backup really fast enough to run our entire office?
Yes. This is not a consumer mobile dongle. We use enterprise-grade 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) with high-gain external antennas, capable of speeds up to 1Gbps+. It's designed to act as your primary high-performance connection while you wait for the fibre install, and as a full-capacity, automatic backup after the fibre is installed
What do you mean by "True Path Diversity"? My current ISP also offers a backup.
Most "backup" fibre lines run in the same physical trench as the primary line. If a construction crew cuts that one cable, your entire business is offline. Our True Path Diversity means the backup path is 5G Wireless, making it physically immune to any ground-level disruption, local exchange failure, or fibre cut that takes down your primary line.
This is a 36-month connectivity service contract. Do we own the hardware?
No, and that's a key benefit. This is a fully managed "Connectivity as a Service" (CaaS) solution, not just a hardware sale. We provide, manage, monitor, and support all the hardware (including the Peplink router) as part of your monthly opex fee. This means no capex for you, and we handle all firmware updates, security, and hardware replacements.
How does the "Instant-On" work with the 90-day fibre lead time?
This is our two-phase process. Instead of you waiting 90+ days for a connection, we deploy the Next-Gen Wireless connection in 24-48 hours (Phase 1). You use this as your primary, high-speed connection from day one. In the background, we manage the entire fibre installation (Phase 2). When the fibre is finally live, we blend it into your service with zero downtime.
What does "Direct-to-Engineer Support" actually mean? Is there 1 point of contact?
It means exactly what it says. When you have a problem, you call one number and speak directly to a qualified network engineer in our London office—often the same person who helped design your solution. You will never get a call centre, a level-1 script reader, or be passed between departments.
